Step 1 - Create Newsletter
Once you have selected a template, you can update the content and add new images - you control the creative input. Our user friendly interface empowers you to create professional looking newsletters.
· Choose a style from our template gallery and then personalise it to match your branding.
· Our content editor retains the look, feel and functionality of Microsoft Word.
· Easily update your newsletter and microsite using the content editor interface.
· Automatically resize your images to fit the template.
Step 2 - Manage Subscribers
Easily create, update and segment your subscriber base. Circulator allows you to easily import subscribers from Microsoft Excel ™ files or directly from your CRM application.
· Import subscribers from a wide range of sources.
· Automatic data ‘de-duplication feature’ prevents accidental duplication of subscribers.
· Custom data fields allow you store info that is specific to your business (e.g. customer id from your CRM system).
· Find a subscriber and easily update their contact details.
· ‘Send to Friend’ functionality enables viral marketing – allowing you to effortlessly increase your subscriber base
Step 3 - Send Mail
Circulator’s application servers are ‘white listed’ which prevents your newsletters being blocked as spam. We monitor and stay up to date on the latest regulations and can make sure your email campaigns comply.
· Easily send your newsletter by selecting the newsletter and subscriber group.
· Multipart delivery means that if the subscriber can’t receive HTML they can get a text version.
· Newsletters can be scheduled to be sent at a desired date and time, even if you’re not in the office.

Step 4 - Measure Success
Circulator’s Reporting Interface is made up of 10 separate reports allowing you to track every angle of your campaign and see how your subscribers have interacted. This detailed real time reporting allows you to measure at three main levels:
· 1. Campaign - allows you to see the following totals in real time for each newsletter sent: Sent, Opens, Unique Opens, Links Clicked, Unsubscribed and Bounced.
· 2. Product and Service – see which products and service offerings your subscribers are most and least interested in.
· 3. Subscriber - track the behavior of your subscribers over time to determine which of your products and services they are interested in. This becomes very valuable sales data.
· All of the reporting is fully drillable, data selectable and exportable to excel.
