Starting your business: A1 Form to complete
To incorporate an Irish Company, please complete the Companies Registration Office Form A1 that forms part of the relevant documentation to initiate the registration of a new company to the Companies Registration Office.

The form is required to be signed by two directors and a company secretary as indicated, please also check or insert details of the registered office, dates of birth, nationality, business occupation, principal place of business and centre of management and control and what the company activities are to be if they are not already included on the form.
In all companies the basic form to be completed in the A1 application and basic requirements are the same:
1. Name for the Company.
2. Registered office, place of business in state and centre of management and control.
3. Minimum of two directors and one secretary whereas one of the directors can act as a secretary also please a company may be a secretary
4. Statement of authorized and issued capital
5. Activities of the Company

How long does it take?
The company will be incorporated within 3 to 5 working days from receiving the completed form back.

Company Formation – €395 inclusive VAT
The cost of incorporating a new company is €395 which includes all stamp duties, vat, and fees, which is payable before the documents are lodged with the Registrar of Companies.
