We have tweaked this top of the range DS 5000 Olympus Digital recorder to achieve seamless digital dictation and it can be further integrated with speech processing for the busy person on the move. The main advantages are that the secretary or transcriptionists gets to see each piece of dictation and this can be e-mailed from any location to the secretary's desk and with the click of a button can be converted to text without having to type the document if integrated with our voice recognition software.
This product comes with the full suite of digital dictation software and this is the product that we supply and install for the members of the Oireachtas. The FBI in the US also use our voice recognition software which they virtually tested to death before rolling it out in their offices.
